What does a senior session with Jenny Sherouse Photography look like?

It starts with a phone call and a plan to meet for coffee for your Pre-Session Consultation. Your senior will fill out my Senior Questionnaire before we meet so that I can get even more details into who they are, what they like, what their personal style is, their interests, and what the future plans might be. Then we will get together over coffee (or ice cream or zoom) and we will go over every detail of your upcoming senior session. I’ll answer every question you have! You’ll also get to look at and touch the wide range of products I have to offer and we will discuss what packages you want to buy. Together based off of all that we have talked about for your dream senior session, we’ll choose locations that fits your personality and outfits that show off your unique style…this is our time to plan your one of a kind senior session!

When our session day comes, you’ll meet your professional hair and make-up artist…this is complimentary and a part of every senior session so that you don’t have to stress or figure out how to get camera ready. All of your images will be flawless straight out of camera and you will start your session feeling comfortable and confident. Then comes the fun part…we’ll travel to the locations we have chosen and start shooting! I’ll capture every part of you from your fun and quirky side to your most serious self and everything in between. We’ll move around each location with various poses and set ups. And I will almost definitely cry when we finish because of how much fun we have had together and knowing that I got to be a part of this Senior Year with you!

When you take the time to customize your session with all the right details, you get the most amazing final images! After your session I will get to work right away on editing your best photos from the day. Your gallery will be made available within 3 weeks of your session date (possibly 4 weeks during busy seasons). Once your images are ready for viewing, we will schedule your In Person Ordering Session. We will go through all of your images together, we’ll mark your favorites and then we’ll finalize your print and digital orders. I will process your final selections and hand deliver your products to you when they arrive. Then you get to hold and stare at your images once more IN YOUR HOME for years to come!
